FINAL DECISION AND MILAN

I am feeling a little better today. Tonight I could finally rest after a long time. :)

Today I want to write an update about BEA.
In the end I decided not to go.
My publisher told me that they're not participating this year.
I wanted to go anyway, but I couldn't find out the best way to do it. Anyway, no problem.

There was an interesting conference to attend, the Bloggers Conference...

Actually I want to be sincere with you: this blog is not a blog about bestsellers or books in general.
This is just something I adore, reading. And I want to share it with you. I do not have a lot of time to read lately, but what I want to involve you in is just this great passion of mine.
Words are so powerful... words are very strong. Silence itself has words in its "nothing"...
So sorry if I am not a professional book reviewer, but this is not the purpose of all this.
This is and will be just myself.

This weekend I am driving to Milan to meet some friends who live there.
I will hang around and look for books to buy (and to talk to you about) and look for special outfit for my interview in Rome.
I really wish I find some spring Sal Y Limon bangles (www.salylimon.com), because where I live there are some stores where they sell them, but just two colors, no more...
I will let you know.
I am going to shop around :) and tell you about what I get :)

Buon pomeriggio a tutti!

Come state?
Oggi mi sento meglio. Sono finalmente riuscita a riposare stanotte, dopo tanto tempo! :)

Oggi vi voglio aggiornare sulla BEA.
Alla fine ho deciso di non partecipare. La mia casa editrice mi ha comunicato che quest'anno non parteciperà alla fiera. Volevo davvero andarci comunque, ma non sono riuscita a trovare il modo migliore per farlo. Ma non importa. Vi suggerisco vivamente di andare, se potete. E se lo fate, scrivetemelo!!!!

A proposito... voglio essere assolutamente sincera con voi: questo blog non è assolutamente un blog che scrive di bestseller o di libri in genere. E' semplicemente un qualcosa che riguarda quello che adoro: leggere. E voglio condividerlo con voi. Non ho molto tempo ultimamente per leggere, ma quello che voglio è coinvolgervi in questa mia passione. Le parole sono così potenti... le parole sono così forti. Il silenzio stesso ha parole intrinseche nel suo silenzio.... 

Quindi... perdonatemi se non sono una critica letteraria, ma questo non è il mio obiettivo, per ora. 

Sono solo io :)

Questo weekend andremo a Milano a trovare alcuni amici che vivono li. Staremo in giro, alla caccia di libri da acquistare (e ve ne parlerò) e di un look adeguato alla mia intervista di Roma. Spero vivamente di trovare dei bracciali Sal Y Limon (www.salylimon.com) dai colori primaverili... nei negozi delle città dove vivo tengono solo un paio di colori.. e nulla più :(

Vi saprò dire. 

Ho tanta voglia di shopping!!! e vi dirò cosa compro :)
